10 Natural Ruby Corundum Crystals from Mysore, India Vintage 1980s Gems Minerals Red Purple Jewelers July Birthstone Capricorn Healing Stone

There are 10 crystals in this parcel ranging in size from 6x4x2mm to 10x9x6mm

Parcel weight = 49.0 ct or 9.8 gm

The parcel of natural ruby crystals (ruby6) was mined in Mysore India.

The photos are of the crystals in this lot and they show some of the natural terminations of these crystals. The crystals are deep reddish purple, opaque, and translucent against the light.

This is color is typical for the Mysore rubies. The photos are in bright morning sunlight.. The last photo shows the translucence of the crystals. The coin in the photos is a US copper penny (1 cent) 19.05mm in diameter.
