Written and beautifully illustrated by Betty Miles. This is a vintage, classic homespun cookbook stiff-covered bookletfrom a very popular bakery in London in the 60’s and 70’s. It is very basic, and experienced bakers will not find it very instructional.
As you can see from the photo of the Contents page, no prior experience is necessary.
