Written and beautifully illustrated by Betty Miles. This is a vintage, classic homespun cookbook stiff-covered booklet from a very popular bakery in London in the 60’s and 70’s. It is very basic, and experienced bakers will not find it very instructional.
As you can see from the photo of the Contents page, no prior experience is necessary.
This is the second publication with measurements in pints, pounds and ounces in accommodation to its American audience. Conversion tables are included for metric.
